A day of meetings. Another early start, but much has been accomplished so far. We met with our great partners from Nyko today. It was great to hear them really place the emphasis on QUALITY. They were showing off some new stuff that all gamers should find interesting.

We started taking about their new controller for the PS3. They are beating the market and will have a new PS3 Zero controller with motion sensing capabilities (like the SIXAXIS) AND rumble before the dual shock comes to the PS3. There is a great feel and heft to this well designed controller.

Next was an ingenious solution for all rock star wannabees. Nyko has figured out a way to bridge the divide between Rock Band and Guitar Hero. Fans of the genre know that the controllers do not play well with each other.

As you can see, they created a switch that allows one to play on either game for the PS3. One guitar to rule them all :-). Frontman for PS3 looks and feels like a winner.

For Wii fans, this is another innovative answer. A wireless nunchuk. This will be a hot item. It syncs quickly and is really light.

Guitar Hero Wii fans are not left out. Check out the Frontman for the Wii. As you can see, I have the Perfect Shot in my hands for the complete "bad boy" look. Well, not so much, but the Perfect Shot has earned some rave reviews and it too feels great.

Finally, here are two really slick charging solutions for the PS3 and 360. These bases eliminate battery changing and cables. They also look great and provide a solid home for the controller when not in use.
